TrainHere homeBack to signup

Your email.
One launch update.

This notice supplements the TrainHere privacy policy for the website’s optional launch waitlist. The controller is FreeBase Software, Denmark. Contact [email protected].

What we keep and why

With your consent, we store your email, when you signed up, the version of the consent wording and an expiry date. New signups request one email when TrainHere launches on iPhone. Earlier signups keep their original phone-app launch consent. Android is already available on Google Play. Joining does not create an app account or give us access to your workouts, health information or photos.

Storage and retention

The list is stored separately from app accounts in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare processes website requests and hosts this database for us. Its infrastructure may process data internationally, subject to its data processing terms and transfer safeguards. We keep requests active for 180 days, remove expired requests in the next daily cleanup, and delete the list within 30 days after the launch email, whichever is sooner. Deleted records may remain temporarily in Cloudflare’s recovery backups.

Abuse prevention

We temporarily store an hourly changing, salted digest derived from the connection’s IP address to limit signup attempts. The waitlist does not store the raw IP address. Expired rate-limit records are removed when a new signup is processed; the operator also runs the scheduled cleanup described in our retention procedure. No advertising cookies or analytics scripts are used on this page.

Your choices

Joining is optional. Withdraw consent, request a copy or ask for deletion by emailing [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Every launch email must include an easy way to withdraw. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet. The main privacy policy describes your other data rights.
